Setgraph is an excellent app for individuals looking to track their workouts and monitor their progress. It is a key component in achieving progressive overload – the gradual increase in intensity, volume, or frequency in your workouts to continuously improve strength and muscle gains. By accurately monitoring sets, weight, and repetitions for each exercise, you can ensure that you are consistently pushing yourself to the limit and achieving your fitness goals.

Attempting to keep track of your progress mentally becomes increasingly challenging as the number of exercises, sets, and reps grows. For example, remembering how many Bench Press sets you performed last week is relatively easy, but recalling the amount of weight and repetitions for each set becomes more challenging as the workload increases. Multiply this difficulty by the number of exercises performed on a given day, and it becomes nearly impossible.

Setgraph offers a solution by allowing quick access to past sets for any exercise. This enables you to easily set targets for each session. Additionally, Setgraph employs Smart Plates technology to save you time on your phone by automatically filling in the weight based on your plates – no calculations required. Furthermore, the app provides a rest timer that alerts you when it's time for your next set according to your personal preference.

One size does not fit all when it comes to logging and tracking workouts. Setgraph understands this and was developed with flexibility and customization in mind. Here are some of the app's notable features:

<li>Shareable Daily Summaries: After each session, view a comprehensive summary of your workout and easily share it with friends. Additionally, exercise-specific hashtags are automatically generated for social media use.</li>
<li>Motivational Graphs: Keep track of your progress over time using multiple visually appealing graphs to stay motivated and monitor gains.</li>
<li>Workout Reminders: Setgraph offers reminders to keep you consistent with your fitness routine, preventing plateaus caused by inconsistency. These reminders can be adjusted based on individual preferences for activity level.</li>
<li>Apple Watch + Health Integration: Make use of the Apple Watch to record sets, track calories burned, and monitor heart rate. Data is automatically synced with the iPhone after workouts.</li>

To fully unlock all features and enhance your experience, Setgraph offers a Pro Membership that grants unlimited access to workouts. A Pro Membership can be obtained as a one-time purchase without a subscription or through a monthly or yearly subscription model. Please note that Setgraph will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription or free trial period unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the current period's expiration. While you can disable auto-renewal at any time and still enjoy full functionality until the current period ends, unused portions of the subscription cannot be refunded. Users have the ability to manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in the Account Settings after purchase. However, it's important to note that subscriptions cannot be shared using Family Sharing.
