In the latest update, manage your live sessions straight from your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, and swiftly return to the app with a simple tap on your ongoing activity. You can also access this session management functionality through the Shortcuts app. Enhance your timing precision by adjusting seconds during manual session addition/editing. Gain more control with the new ‘Cancel’ button for the rest timer, accessible from both your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Experience a more streamlined exercise organization by selecting and assigning exercises to a folder immediately upon its creation. We’ve also fixed some bugs and made optimizations.
